RECRUITMENT POLICY

Human is the most important resource for BOSSA. Our recruitment policy is developed in the light of this understanding. All of the departments in BOSSA contact us for their employee requests. Our Department evaluates the requests according to the related job description and competencies. Candidates are selected from our pool of candidates, online human resources websites and Bossa website. These candidates are then invited to preliminary interviews. During these interviews, recruitment specialists uses competency-based interview method. After the interviews, foreign language and personality test is applied. Following these preliminary assessments, appropriate candidates, are invited to interview with the related department’s middle and upper-level managers. Finally, the job is offered to the confirmed candidate according to our standards.
