Bossa Textile Mill, one of the first companies established by Hacı Ömer Sabancı, started production.

Bossa Sanayi ve Ticaret İşletmeleri” (Bossa Industry & Trade Enterprises), established by Hacı Ömer Sabancı and descendants of the Bosnalı family, who were local tradesmen from Adana, based on a share rate of 50%-50% each, started to generate profit at a very early stage after being commissioned.
