We are proud to have the best vocational training staff of Turkey in the textiles for continuous training of our blue collar staff.

Intra-company trainings are organized in cooperation with specialized trainers and institutions based on the outcomes of the periodic performance evaluation results. The aim is to support and enhance individual and organizational development for increased efficiency and better performance.

A new training scheme was introduced in 2010 with the help of our own white collar employees. The purpose is to provide transfer of experience and job-specific refreshment courses to young employees under the coaching of specialized and experienced managers.
